যারা আবেদন করতে পারলেন না তাদের আগামী বছর আবেদনের অনুরোধ করছি এবং কোনরকম প্রলোভনে পা না দেওয়ার আবেদন করছি। ঐ অসাধু ব্যক্তিদের বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার জন্য প্রশাসনের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি।
