Here Is The Step By Step Guide For Form Fill Up:
  • At First Go to Student Portal And Log In with Roll Number and Password.

  • Then Click The Exam Form Section or Exam Form Option
  • Then You Can See your Degree Or Course Details, Semester and Institution Name. Check the Details Carefully. If any Miss-Match There Contact Your College Or Helpline No. 
  • If Details are Correct Then Click the Edit/View option. Then Your Form Fill Up Will Start.
  • Here You will Find Your Application Status. It will remain Incomplete.
  • Now Click On Preview Section. In mobile click 3Bar and Then Option will Open.
  • A New Page Will Generate will Your All Personal And Academic Details. 
  • There is No Need To Fill Up Form Manually It Will Be Filled Automatically. You Just Need To Check Your All Subject, Your Personal Details and Go to Next Step.
  • After that your form will generate with Subject Combination and Compulsory Papers.
  • Then Tick the mark on “I Confirm the Above” to confirm the above details are correct. Finally Click on Confirm & Submit button at the bottom of the page Submit Form.
  • That's Your Exam Form Fill Up Completed. Print The Form For Future Use. Save It as PDF.
